We're on the hunt for a talented UI Artist who will help us design our AA PC & console project. Skilled and experienced artist who will be shaping our game's visual journey, designing static mockups, conceptualizing and creating icons and badges, and envisaging dynamic screen transitions and UI animations. Working closely with UI Art Director, you will help create a visually cohesive, engaging experience for our players while adhering to our established design language.
‣ Design detailed static mockups and envision how they transform into dynamic in-game UI.
‣ Conceptualize, design, and polish UI elements, icons and badges.
‣ Prototype engaging and intuitive UI animations and screen transitions.
‣ Collaborate closely with the UI Art Director and other UI designers, contributing to the overall visual unity of the game.
‣ Consistently apply and adhere to the game's existing design language, ensuring visual cohesion across all elements.
‣ Proven experience as a UI Artist in the gaming industry.
‣ Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for design, particularly in complex UI screens.
‣ Proficiency in Figma
‣ Ability to interpret and contribute to an existing design language.
‣ Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
‣ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
‣ Familiarity with Unreal Engine's UI development tools, such as UMG and Blueprints, is a solid plus.
‣ Strong knowledge of motion graphics and experience using animation software like Adobe After Effects.
‣ Practical experience with 3D modeling and texturing tools (3ds Max or Blender, Substance, ZBrush, etc)
