We’re looking for a passionate, talented Concept Artist to help us shape the visual style and breathe life into our ambitious AA project. An artist who is equally at home creating characters and designing the world itself, from the environment to the buildings.
Experienced in stylized graphics and willing to explore new visual aesthetics
‣ Conceptualize and design stunning stylized characters.
‣ Design buildings and their upgrade capabilities while maintaining the overall stylized aesthetics
‣ Create and polish 3D scenery concepts for use in UI backgrounds, contributing to a cohesive game aesthetic
‣ Overpaint rendered items, enhancing their visual appeal and ensuring a realistic and immersive game world.
‣ Collaborate closely with the art director and design team to maintain and elevate the game's artistic standards and vision
‣ Prior experience as a Concept Artist in the gaming industry (up-to-date portfolio on Artstation or Behance)
‣ Strong portfolio that screams high-quality, non-casual art styles
‣ Deep understanding of color theory, composition, anatomy, and lighting
‣ A knack for turning abstract concepts into compelling visual designs
‣ Attention to detail and commitment to unique, high-quality designs
‣ Prior experience with stylized environments, buildings and/or characters is a solid plus
‣ Practical experience with 3D modeling and texturing tools (3ds Max or Blender, Substance, ZBrush, etc)
‣ Experience with animation or motion design in After Effects or Spine
